# Advance Search Examples

### Financial Summary

Lets assume that you are preparing a report and need to reference the most recent *financial summary*. 

Instead of browsing through multiple folders manually, you can:

1. Enter **“financial summary”** in Advance Search.
2. Select filters to show **Excel files only**.
3. Instantly locate the relevant document—whether it was uploaded directly or stored in connected **Cloud Drive** (SharePoint, OneDrive etc.)
