Lets assume that you are preparing a report and need to reference the most recent financial summary.
Instead of browsing through multiple folders manually, you can:
Enter “financial summary” in Advance Search.
Select filters to show Excel files only.
Instantly locate the relevant document—whether it was uploaded directly or stored in connected Cloud Drive (SharePoint, OneDrive etc.)
